COMPANY HISTORY

Sonoran Peak Construction & Roofing traces its roots back to 1992, when co-owner Jerry Cunningham, having spent 10 years experience in the construction industry, founded Cunningham’s Company Roofing Contractors in 1992. His mission was to serve Valley of the Sun homeowners with exceptional service and quality materials. Working diligently to fulfill that mission, he built a solid reputation of excellent quality work and exceptional service with literally thousands of satisfied customers.

As the company grew and demand increased, Mr. Cunningham joined with partner Barry Cohen in 2000 to form C&C Roofing and Construction and expanded the business to include general contracting and construction services.

Now in its 17th year, the company has remodeled hundreds of kitchens and baths, added dozens of rooms, completed numerous ground up rebuilds and installed and serviced thousands of roofs. And in all those years there has not been a single customer complaint to either the Arizona Registrar of Contractors or the Better Business Bureau, a track record that is unmatched in this industry.

Now, in order to better serve you and reflect who we are, we are changing our name to Sonoran Peak Construction and Roofing. And though our name has changed we are still the same great company you have come to know and trust, you can count on it.
